Vaccines for Children 5 to 11

  • May 18: This clinic is offering pediatric Pfizer vaccine only to children ages 5 to 11. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Appointments are required.

First Doses for Individuals 12 and Older

  • May 18: Genesee County Health Department, 3837 West Main Street Road, Batavia: 2:30 to 3 p.m. This clinic is administering:
    • Pfizer vaccine for individuals 12 and older. Those younger than 18 must have parent/guardian consent for vaccination. Appointments required.
    • Moderna vaccine for individuals 18 and older. Appointments required.

Second Doses of Moderna and Pfizer Vaccine

  • Genesee County Health Department, 3837 West Main Street Road, Batavia: This clinic is administering:
    • May 18
      • Pfizer vaccine for individuals 12 and older from 2:30 to 3 p.m. Those younger than 18 must have parent/guardian consent for vaccination. Appointments required.
      • Moderna vaccine for individuals 18 and older from 2:30 to 3 p.m. Appointments required.

First and Second Booster Doses for Qualifying Individuals: Booster doses of the COVID-19 vaccines are recommended for individuals 12 and older. This clinic offers initial boosters of the Johnson & Johnson, Moderna and Pfizer vaccines to those who meet eligibility requirements, as well as second boosters of the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines. Schedule an appointment online.

Third-Dose Clinics for Individuals who are Immunocompromised: Third doses of the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines have been approved for individuals who are moderately to severely immunocompromised. These doses can be given 28 days after the second dose. Schedule an appointment for a third dose of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine.

Moderna Second/Additional Booster Clinics

These clinics will offer second/additional booster doses of Moderna vaccine to eligible individuals. New York State Clinic

SUNY Rochester Educational Opportunity Center, 161 Chestnut St., Rochester: 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Closed on Sunday. This clinic is administering:

  • Pediatric doses of the Pfizer vaccine for children ages 5 to 11.
  • The one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine for those 18 and older.
  • First doses of the Pfizer vaccine to those age 12 and older. Those younger than 18 will need parent or guardian consent to be vaccinated.
  • Initial booster doses of the Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines and additional boosters of the Pfizer vaccine to eligible individuals.
  • Third doses of Pfizer for immunocompromised individuals.

Pfizer Vaccine Clinics

These clinics are administering the Pfizer vaccine and are open to individuals age 5 and older. Those younger than 18, with few exceptions, will need parent or guardian consent to receive the vaccine. Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are also welcome.

COVID-19 Vaccines for Children 5 to 11

The following clinics offer pediatric doses of the Pfizer vaccine for children age 5 to 11. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who can provide consent for vaccination.
